The Grand Hotel Villa d’Este is one of the world’s most iconic hotels. Located next to Lake Como, it’s the ideal location for an exclusive event hosting 50 historic cars built between the 20s and 80s.

The wonderful story of the Concorso d’Eleganza started in September 1929 when the “Coppa d’Oro Villa d’Este”, the international Concours d’élégance for motor cars, was held for the first time. The outstanding quality of the participating cars right from the first event, made the Concorso immediately a prestigious event. With a break between 1950 and 1994, BMW Group relaunched the event in 1995.

Combining the Italian lifestyle, enthusiasm for historical vehicles and a particular interest in concept vehicles for the future, the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este is today the European highlight for passionate collectors of historical cars and motorcycles.
